Body Creams and Lotions Oh My!

Palmer’s watch out. I just perfected my own Cocoa Butter Body Oil.

IMG_20170523_194130_900 1

Lotion Metamorphosis: From Beginning, middle and end. Custom Order – Mint cocoa butter lotion made with mint tea. I used the cocoa butter oil from above which sent the masterpiece over the top. It’s smells divine.

Body Cream Masterpiece: Custom Order – A unique combination request but I enjoyed the challenge.  This masterpiece was made with Green Tea butter and pink rose bud tea. You can smell the slightly sweet and herbal green tea then a hint of fragrant rose comes through and hits you.

Body Lotion Masterpiece: Custom order – Shea butter, virgin avocado oil infused with Madagascar vanilla beans and lavender tea. You get a whisp of vanilla. Avocado oil mellows out the vanilla so it doesn’t over power which allows the lavender to come through.

For Your Consideration

My mother asked me a question yesterday. She liked Etsy but would get overwhelmed by the many products being sold. She wanted to know if there was any other websites out there where she could by skin care and bath and body? I told her about these two companies that I’ve used and trust.

I thought it would make a great video. So here ya go!

Refreshing Mint Sugar Scrub Masterpiece

google-site-verification: googlea1a5738200f1c72f.html Sugar scrubs are a treat for the skin, polishing away dead skin cells without the drying effects of a salt scrub. The great part about this recipe is that it’s a basic. You can substitute any ingredient oils, scent even the sugar. It will still come out fabulous. Have fun making this recipe your own.

  • Plastic Bowl
  • 1 Cup of granulated sugar (white or brown)
  • 1/4 cup of olive or grapeseed oil (Add in the whole to the desired consistency)
  • 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil (purchase at any Whole Foods)

Measure one cup of granulated sugar, into a small plastic bowl. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of chopped mint leaves, 2-3 drops of peppermint essential oil (you can find at any Whole Foods) and stir well with spoon. Add oil last. When pouring the oil add in small amounts at a time. This will allow you to have more control of the desired consistency of the sugar scrub.
Hop in shower and scrub. Careful getting out as floor may be slippery. Dry off and that’s it. Enjoy!

Asia Here I Come!

As the video is appropriately titled, Asia here I come.  I will be taking a trip to Asia for a month from July 4 to August 5, 2017. My mother and best friend are coming with me. It’s actually a girl’s trip. We are going to be celebrating my mother’s 60th birthday.

This is something I’ve been wanting to do since I was 18. Now it’s finally happening. I’m really excited. We will be visiting South Korea, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore in this exact order.

I will be shooting videos from various cities, sharing their culture, history, food and of course skin care and bath and body. Upon my return I will be hosting giveaways with the goodies I bring back. Can’t wait.

Have a great Memorial Day weekend everyone.
